Supports the purchase of drills, impact drivers, saws, and other equipment used in hands-on training labs and real deconstruction jobs across Greater Cincinnati.

$250 – Classroom Training and Certifications

Covers one full week of OSHA safety training, forklift and Bobcat certifications, hand and power tool training, and construction math—foundational skills for their career.

$500 – One Full Week of Paid Training
