Customer Service
Do you have a knack for retail? Our Customer Service Specialist will assist in checking out customers, answering phones, scheduling material pick-ups and deliveries and mentoring program participants.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of office reception skills and customer service
- Available for a minimum of 4 hours per week (we can work with your schedule)
- Skills in mentoring, organization and customer service
Retail Assistant
We can put your creativity to use in the Building Value retail outlet. As a Retail Assistant, you’ll help staff set up displays, stock shelves, and assist customers in getting purchases to their vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Retail or design experience
- An eye for displaying merchandise aesthetically
- Interest in recycling, the environment, or related area
- Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
Material Intake Specialist
Do you like discover new ways to reuse old materials? While mentoring program participants, volunteers in this position unload donations, write donation receipts, sort material that can be recycled from what can be resold and clean, price and merchandise donated material.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of deconstruction and restoration
- Available for a minimum of 4 hours per week (we can work with your schedule)
- Skills in warehousing, mentoring and inventory management
Retail Assistant
