Congratulations to our Graduating Cohort!
As we enter a new year, join us in celebrating Tiante Fain, Ciara McGhee, and Makymani Thomas, who graduated from the Building Value Construction Training Program and will begin a new chapter in their lives.
These hardworking trainees showed up every day ready to learn, grow, and build their future in the trades. Not only did they complete 12 weeks of paid, hands-on training, they earned multiple industry-recognized certifications and proved what can be achieved when determination and opportunity come together.
And special shout-out to Makymani, who’s already landed a job with HGC Construction! We’re so proud and can’t wait to see where all of these graduates go next. The workforce needs talented people like them and their journey is just getting started.

We’re excited to share that Easterseals Redwood and its social enterprise, Building Value, will serve as the nonprofit partners of the 2026 Cincy Home + Design Show and will be hosting tables throughout the event.
Hosted by Cincy Magazine, the Home + Design Show brings together the region’s best designers, builders, and home improvement pros for a weekend of inspiration, ideas, and smart solutions for your home. The event will take place Saturday and Sunday, February 7th and 8th, at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, KY.
