How to Donate
Making a donation is simple and convenient:
- Drop Off: Visit us at 4040 Spring Grove Ave during our drop-off hours, 9-4, M-Sat, and we’ll gladly help you unload your items.
- Schedule a Pick-Up: For larger donations, we offer free pick-up services. Just give us a call at 513-475-6783 or fill out the form on our website and we will call you back.
- Spread the Word: Even if you don’t have items to donate, you can still help by letting others know about our mission.

New Colored Price Labels; A Smarter Way to Save!
At Building Value, we’re excited to introduce a new color-coded pricing system designed to make shopping easier and savings even better! Each month, we’ll introduce a new color for newly priced items, and as time goes on, those items will move through a discount cycle.
How It Works
- Each month, new items will be tagged with a specific color.
- Those items will start at full price in their first month.
- Every month after that, they’ll receive a bigger discount—giving shoppers great opportunities to save!
The Discount Schedule
- Month 1 – Full Price (New Color)
- Month 2 – 10% Off
- Month 3 – 20% Off
- Month 4 – 30% Off
- Month 5 – 50% Off
- Month 6 – 75% Off
Once items reach the six-month mark, they will be deeply discounted at 75% off, giving shoppers incredible deals before they’re removed from the sales floor.

Our New Cohort Model – Part One
Welcome to our newest cohort of Building Value training participants who started with us this month! This is a brand-new model for us, which allows us to provide a better experience for our participants. As members of a 5-person cohort, participants get to build strong relationships with their teammates as they work through the program together, and they also receive even better preparation for their construction careers. Each cohort starts out at Easterseals Redwood’s new construction training lab with two weeks of hands-on classroom training in tools, construction math, and OSHA 10 safety education before the team moves over to Building Value for eight weeks of on-the-job training with our deconstruction, hardscape, and cleanout services.
Monthly Tuesday Discount Days
You have asked, and we have listened. Starting in 2025, we are rolling out our Tuesday discount days. On select Tuesdays of the month, we will be be honoring different groups with a discount.
Join us for freshly baked cookies and coffee and 20% off on our specialty discount days:
- 2nd Tuesday of the month: Senior Citizens (55+)
- 3rd Tuesday of the month: Veterans and active duty service members
