Gilt Bronze Swan Chandelier – SOLD

$1500

This exquisite four-light chandelier, salvaged from the renowned Fleischmann Estate, is a stunning example of neoclassical revival design with strong influences from the Empire and Regency periods. Crafted from gilt or patinated cast bronze, the fixture showcases four gracefully sculpted swan figures, each forming an arm with elegantly arched necks and finely detailed wings, feathers, and beaks.

The central shaft is vertically fluted and capped with an ornate acanthus or floral finial, rising to a richly embossed ceiling canopy. Each swan supports a candle-style socket with flame-tip bulbs, and additional bud-shaped rosettes accent the branching arms—balancing classical symbolism with elegant functionality.
